About the role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef with Trade qualifications to work in a good restaurant serving Breakfast and dinner to guests at the Motel.RSMS sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Dinner and breakfast preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- A la carte and buffet experience required
- Menu costing,stock control and innovative buffet meals
- supervision and training junior staff
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- 10 years Experience in a similar role
- Computer skills and knowledge of food costings etc
- Excellent written and spoken English
