THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- The cleanliness of all aspects of Jackalope
- Will be allocated a number of guest rooms to be cleaned each shift – housekeeping attendant needs to be capable of working under strict time limits
- Works closely with all team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
- Complete assigned jobs working systematically from room to room within the specified time frame.
- Ensure pantries are kept tidy.
- To ensure work trolleys are restocked for the next days work.
- Complete blitz assigned on a daily basis.
- Ensure that a correct hand over takes place with the housekeeping supervisor/manager

- Experience in a similar role
- Strong appreciation for guest satisfaction
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with various shifts is required.
- Most importantly, a humble individual who thrives on exceeding the guest's expectations through their genuine demeanour.
THE ROSTER
Your shifts may include:
- Monday through to Sunday shifts – we are open 7 days a week
- The busiest days are Saturday & Sunday and therefore please expect to be rostered on the weekends primarily
- Generally shifts include, 10am – 3pm. Some shifts may be 6pm – 9pm for turndown service.
- Must be available to work weekends
