Incredible opportunity now available for an experienced, motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our Food and Beverage team on a Part Time Fixed Term basis in Broome, Western Australia.
Oaks Hotels & Resorts currently operate two successful Food & Beverage operations in Western Australia, namely "Oaks Broome" and "Oaks Cable Beach Sanctuary Resort". As Chef de Partie you will assist the Head Chef in the smooth & successful operations of both kitchens that service the restaurants, bars and the many function and events hosted at the Resorts.

The successful applicant must:
- Hold relevant cookery qualifications (Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery)
- Possess experience in cooking a western-style menu (al a carte) and experience with banquets also advantageous
- Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment
- Be able to coach and motivate less experienced members of the kitchen team
- Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a positive, proactive attitude.
