Astral Tower and Residences are in the final stages of refurbishment, including an amazing new Executive Lounge. We’re now looking for Hosts to be part of our team.
Our Executive Lounge Host, you will be responsible for maintaining guest-focused service and proactively identify opportunities to create thrilling and memorable guest experiences.

About you
- Proven customer service skills in a luxury five-star hospitality environment
- At least one year experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- Available to work in a 7-day rotating roster
- Exceptional communication skills ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
What does a day in the life of a Host look like?
- Working on both food and beverage and Front Office related tasks
- Welcome every guest with warmth and authenticity
- Provide personalised service to our VIP guests
- Resolve customer service queries with diplomacy and tact
- Basic cleaning and outlet presentation
- Setting up, cleaning and restocking the Executive Lounge
