We are a small independent restaurant based in Alexandria about to embark on an amazing journey with a hatted chef at its helm. We will be creating an amazing menu with fantastic cocktails while providing professional but fun service.
Set in a converted warehouse, we are a unique space looking to expand our operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate chef to be part of this very small team. Currently 5 dinners per week with the intension of increasing trade and building a team. Massive opportunity to be part of this building process.

Skills and Experience
The right candidate will be highly motivated with a great can-do attitude. You will love what you do, but don’t take yourself too seriously. You will possess the following attributes:
- A keen interest in working with great produce, working in a team environment and have a willingness to learn.
- Minimum 2 years’ restaurant experience
- Keen eye for detailed food presentation
- Vibrant, energetic and professional personaility
- Sound food and beverage knowledge
- Candidates will have completed a certificate III or higher in hospitality.
- Immaculate presentation
Must live in Sydney, all applicants living overseas will not be considered.
Full working rights are a must.

Job Type: Permanent Full-time, salary to be negotiated by experience.
