About the business
Oliver Brown is a chocolate cafe that specialises in Belgian chocolate-based products and beverages. From chocolate beverages to waffles to churros to crepes to cakes and gelatos…the list goes on and on for the chocolate and dessert lover! Not only does OB specialise in chocolate, we have produced our own special blend of specialty coffee!
About the role
We are looking for experienced managers to join our team to mentor and hands on manage our cafes
Your duties will include and not limited to the following:
Stock Control & Ordering
Rostering and forecasting to a P&L
Leadership and training of staff
OHS & Food Safety development and management
Quality Control
Implement store appearance with cleaning schedules & maintenance management
Evaluate franchisee stores
Skills and experience
- Have at least 2 year experience in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate competent skills in coffee, milk texturing and latte art.
- Be able to assist staff with cold beverages, food preparation and handling
- Management experience in leading café/restaurant teams
- Always have a 'customer first' attitude and have a passion for excellent customer service.
- Our hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday although flexibility is required at times
(NB: Weekend availabilities are required at times)
