About the role
Simple. Work alone and early. Suits independent cook. You will play an important role in the rise of the Blackstar Kitchen.
What you would be doing
Your focus will be to prepare the Blackstar takeaway menu, to be served daily from our two satellite stores, tasks will include:
- Food preparation and cooking, packaging.
- Managing par levels of pre made stock.
- Deliver food to the stores at end of shift.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Able to work a early starts and able to work independently.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Must have license and a car.
