Trinity Beach Tavern is part of Spirit Hotels. We operate over 70 hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales. Trinity Beach Tavern is a modern family orientated tavern, situated on the beautiful northern beaches region of Cairns, just a 20 minute drive from the Cairns city centre.
What do I need to have?
Our Gaming Supervisors have a passion for both people and pokies. Our Gaming Supervisors cash handling skills are tighter than a bank teller. They are hospitality “rockstars”, with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deal with a variety of different tasks and personalities. As a supervisor you will be a crucial link between team members and management. You will promote our desired values while supporting and guiding our team members in their day-to-day tasks.
As a Gaming Supervisor you will:
- Be a part of the team, creating a fun & inviting atmosphere for our customers.
- Be energetic, upbeat and be passionate about create exceptional gaming experiences.
- Actively inspire, encourage, coach and assist.
- Be passionate about understanding gamers, and how to make their day.
- Need to be flexible as you will work rostered shifts including nights and weekends.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures.
