The Venue

This recently renovated club with state of the art facilities is well known in the local community for a casual get together with friends, that special event or an intimate dining occasion.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for three outlets reporting to a very supportive Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager.

You will oversee the the daily operations of the kitchen and it's staff in the absence of the Head Chef along with the financial targets and the budgets.

You will also train and mentor the team.

You

Great organisational skills and the ability to prepare your team and keep the kitchen operations in order

Experience in training and developing a young team

Previous experience in busy a la carte dining venue

The able to cope under pressure - push through busy services and communicate in a positive manner under stress

At least two years Sous Chef experience in a high volume restaurant.

Previous P&L experience with the ability to achieve and exceed labour and revenue targets.

Experience in high quality restaurants with excellent food knowledge.

Ability to drive, lead, develop and motivate your team.
