We are looking for an outgoing experienced Senior Bar Person, who is passionate about good food, has an interest in and an understanding of bespoke craft beer who can also make a good smooth coffee too.

Fat Bob’s Bar & Grill, located in Moorabbin, is a full service restaurant providing gourmet burgers and craft beer in an eclectic environment. We are offering a unique opportunity for the right person to be a part of the Fat Bob’s Bar & Grill team.
We maintain a strong focus on quality with an eye for detail and we are seeking a person with similar standards. The successful applicant will benefit from long term employment and a great team environment.
You will need to be energetic, motivated and work well under pressure and be flexible enough for the demanding hours that the industry requires. Evening and weekend availability is a must and hospitality qualifications will be of great advantage but not essential.
The successful applicant will possess the following –
- At least 3 years working at a senior level
- You must have current RSA Certificate
- The ability to manage rosters and co-ordinate a small team of staff
- Exceptional customer service is a must
- Passionate about bespoke craft beer with a basic knowledge of wine
- Cash handling and venue security
- Stock replenishment and stocktake
- Food handling and coffee preparation experience
- Professional communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
You will be an important member of the team and your proactive approach and input will be welcomed.
We are looking for bar staff with a passion for working with only the best produce, and people who like to have fun while working in a busy environment.
Salary offered is in-line with industry standard as are all employment conditions.
