An incredible opportunity is now available for an experienced, motivated and dedicated Casual Cook to join our Food and Beverage team at Oaks Rivermarque.
Oaks Rivermarque has an onsite restaurant, Marque Bar & Grill, that is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and functions. You will enjoy the variety of working in a busy kitchen that services the restaurant and a growing number of conferences and events.
You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly Kitchen Team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our guests and expected to maintain strict quality and presentation standards.

The successful applicant must:
- Hold relevant cookery qualification and previous experience in a similar role.
- Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends.
- Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
- Be able to coach and motivate less experienced members of the kitchen team.
- Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
