We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef/Chef de Partie to join the team.

The Role
The role of the Chef de Partie is to plan, manage and co-ordinate a section within the Apollo kitchen and to lead that section during food service. The Chef de Partie works under the general direction of the Executive Chef and Head Chef to lead their section and uphold restaurant standards, adhering to the restaurant policies and procedures, as outlined by the Apollo Management team. A key focus area of the role is to work in a clean and efficient manner, to minimise waste and maximise output and to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall management of food prep and deliveries
• Stock control: assisting with ordering and stock takes and stock rotation
• Food Safety practices, WH&S and adhering to safety procedures
The role is 5 days a week, some weekend work and roughly 45hrs a week.
