Reporting to the VIP Food and Beverage Manager, the successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant.
Responsible for the management of the restaurant in our VIP private gaming room. you will focus on developing and implementing successful strategies to enhance service delivery by empowering team members to create thrilling and memorable guest experiences.
Duties
- Fostering a winning, solution-oriented work environment
- Leading and motivating our Food & Beverage Severs to continuously deliver five-star service in line with The Star's Service Culture
- Recruiting, developing and training our team (including performance reviews)
- Monitoring financial performance by managing the stock, controlling costs, profit and loss expenses and wages
- Responding to guest feedback and implementing process to prevent reoccurrence
- Communicating with business stakeholders to ensure a thrilling guest experience is consistently achieved
- Ongoing evaluation of operating techniques to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- Outstanding experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant
- Proven ability to lead a large and diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
- Available to work on a seven-day rotating roster
