A rooftop oasis in the Sydney CBD, inspired by the Italian coastline. Ivy Pool Club starts as a place to meet, eat, drink, swim and put your feet up during the day. By night, it transforms into a world-class pool party – Home to the Ministry of Sound and venue for Marco Polo every weekend. We provide the one stop shop party paradise where you can dance all night, sip cocktails in private cabanas and enjoy bottle service in the open air.  

With summer fast approaching, we’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our leadership team. It’s no exaggeration to say “no two days are ever the same”. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of 3 busy bars, leading and developing a large team, driving revenue, defining the product offering and ensuring the ambience of the venue is always on point.
  
When the weather is warm we’re a 7day operation and the space shifts to suit the changing crowd throughout the week. We have a have a team of between 15 and 60 bar staff depending on the time of year who are all responsible for delivering exceptional service and product, every time.

We’re looking for a passionate industry pro with experience working in high volume bars and or nightclubs. When we say “experience”, we’re talking about someone who understands our version of “fast-paced”, cares about the art of cocktails, knows how to build a strong team and is driven by delivering world-class service. 
  
Ivy Pool literally pumps all summer – As a leader of such a highly acclaimed bar, you’ll need to be flexible in your availability so you can dip in and out as required during the busier periods.
