Due to exciting growth and major renovations of the Albury SS&A, we are searching for an energetic and passionate Food and Beverage Service professional to join the team as Catering Team Leader. With the major changes coming to this area we are looking for someone who has a high level of customer focus and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Efficient operation of restaurant and restaurant bar
• Provide premium service to all customers
• Motivate staff to create a relaxing, yet upbeat atmosphere
• Provide leadership, development and support to all staff
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and without fuss
• Daily reporting on cash balance and dining stats
• Be an ambassador for the Club
Requirements for the role:
• Enthusiasm and a passion to deliver superior customer service
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Previous experience as a Maitre'd or team leader/supervisor in a fast-paced venue
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to lead the team under pressure
• Professional attitude and exceptional presentation and grooming standards
• Range of availability (day, night, and weekend). Role does involve split shifts and weekend work
• NSW RSA and RCG
• Qualification of Certificate IV Hospitality or higher desirable
