JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assisting clients with their travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, tours)
• Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
• Consistently provide superior customer service to clients, whether it be face to face, via email or on the phone
• Become an integral part of the team, contributing to the profitability of the store
• Work towards KPI’s and contribute to the profitability of the store


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum one year experience as a Travel Consultant
• Ideally have experience using Galileo GDS
• Experience using the GDS system Galileo advantageous
• High customer service skills and friendly nature
• Knowledge of/ or interest to help out with the Social Media marketing of the organisation
