Full time and casual positions available for an experienced chef and/or apprentice. Require enthusiastic staff who can manage a fast paced, high pressure environment. Serving breakfast and lunch only, with no split shifts. Must be able to work weekends.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities will include the ability to work collaboratively in a team, assist with food production, inventory control and reporting, ensure compliance of food operations with all relevant WHS and food safety standards, maintain knowledge of contemporary food industry trends and demonstrate creativity.
