We are looking for FOH Restaurant Supervisors in Byron Bay or Ballina
Front of House - Management team
Full-time position
Long-term visa support

Skills required:
- Excellent industry knowledge of food, coffee, alcoholic beverages, & service
- Roster implementation
- Coordinate a variety of functions and business events
- Keep updated on new and revised beverage recipes.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Assist other team members when required
- Be an excellent communicator, dealing with staff, customer & supplier enquires
- Work closely with the Head Chef, reporting to Restaurant Manager, the Directors & cooperate proactively with company Accountant, HR, Marketing, and Admin.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing people in the hospitality
- 1 year's experience as a team leader
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a current RSA
- Understand stocktake.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
