Would you like the opportunity to be the best you can be, really make a difference and have a great time doing it? Frankie Walter Peta is a café, share library and meet up space in a busy corporate area of Southbank. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated barista to join our team full time. If you dream of opening up your own place one day, this role is perfect for you as it will provide you with insight into how an independent start up evolves.
Within your key responsibilities will be:
- High volume, excellent quality coffee output
- Continuing to build on our community of frequent customers by creating a friendly and relaxed environment within and around the cafe
- Developing the processes required for efficient service
- Developing new ways to bring new customers into the shop
Experience in the specialty coffee scene is preferred, however if you can convince us that you have an attention to detail and can make excellent coffee feel free to apply as well.
