THE ROLE
Working as a Customer Service Travel Consultant, your primary role is to act as the support to the online travel bookers via phone and/or email. Duties include:
- Processing new flight bookings and attending to changes / amendments;
- Ticketing;
- Attending to refunds;
- Handling customer queries relating to the website, including functionality, online products and bookings;
- Assisting with hotel accommodation bookings; and
- General administrative duties
WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED?
- Min. 12months international travel consulting experience (ex. Australia);
- Galileo skills (cryptic / native);
- Strong communication skills;
- Access to a car/motorbike;
- Ticketing Experience
- Group booking Experience
- High Attention to Detail
