About the business and the role

Shoal Bay Country Club is an Iconic Beach Front Venue which has undergone a $6M renovation late last year and now set to re-open our next stage, we are looking for only passionate and dedicated people to join our team and those who want to grow with us. We care about our employees and invest in training, upskilling and promoting within!

Being such a large multifaceted hotel, all positions have huge potential for career advancement and this venue is set to be a multi award winning one in the very near future!

About the role:

We have multiple positions available and a looking for only genuine & passionate hospitality all rounder's

This is a great opportunity to become part of and grow with a strong experienced team & working in a brand new beach front venue in one of Australia's most beautiful locations 

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Be Passionate about what you do and Determined to deliver WOW through your service
• Ability to work in a busy & fast paced environment 
• Work well within a positive team 
• Well-presented & maintaining the highest of standards at all times 
• Motivated & well organized 
• Passion for excellent quality food, beverage, service and overall customer experience

Skills and experience

• RSA
• RCG (preferred but not crucial)
• Bartending, waiting tables, making cocktail, coffee, gaming, TAB                             (experience in multiple areas will be highly considered)
• Able to work nights & weekends
• Reliable, fast and efficient approach to your work
• 1-2 years experience an advantage but not crucial
