Your responsibilities - stock control, food prep, rotation of all products, defrosting of freezer products, maintenance and cleaning of prep kitchen. checking of stock deliveries, ordering of stock.

work with chefs to keep their prep levels well organised.

must have a extensive understanding of how a busy and dynamic kitchen works.

will need to step into service kitchen at busy times as a short hand cook.

reliable, dedicated, great communication skills, must have own transport.
