Your role as a Casual Cook in this busy Foodservice at Supermarket in Goulburn is to provide good quality food, attentive and efficient service to our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Bulk food production and preparation
• Following menus and recipes to ensure a consistent product
• Special diet production
• General kitchen cleaning duties

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• A passion for producing quality food
• A current food handler’s certificate
• Previous experience in food preparation
• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Knowledge of special dietary requirements
• Experience in batch cooking
• Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices
• A warm, bubbly and efficient personality
• An ability to work as part of a great team
• Have excellent attention to detail
