The Coffee Hit head office team is after a Field Operations Manager to work closely with our National Operations Manager to drive delivery of best practise brand and operational activity across our Coffee Hit franchise network. This is a diverse role which would see you lead and motivate our network of Franchisees to achieve specific objectives focusing on profitability and operational performance while promoting and protecting the brand and franchise system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and ongoing support to franchisees, to help grow their business, increase profitability, meet compliance standards;
  • Conducting financial, compliance, investigative, operational reviews;
  • Identifying and providing recommendations on required activity to meet brand standards and operational best practice, including areas of customer service, sales, marketing, staffing, business planning;
  • Coaching and guiding of Franchisees through the franchisee training and store opening process to ensure legislative and operational compliance along with best practice;
  • Primarily responsible for in-store development and training of the staff; and franchisees as required;
  • Visiting and consulting with franchisees on a regular cycle;
  • Developing operational sales plans in conjunction with the Franchise owner that result in increased brand alignment and sales.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Eye for detail, a passion for quality and a drive for improvement;
  • A proven ability to implement, manage and deliver operational strategies that drive results in the overall performance of the franchise;
  • Proven and demonstrated ability dealing with conflict resolution to achieve a favourable outcome for all parties;
  • Proven ability to build constructive relationships and rapport with key stakeholders;
  • Strong knowledge of business planning and operations processes;
  • Strong business acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective leadership and management skills;
  • A high level of organisation skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience within the franchising/retail hospitality industry or café environment;
  • Ability to frequently travel both interstate and locally.
