The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for coordination and evolution of the entire F&B and accommodation operations. Reporting directly to the owners, the right candidate will oversee all staff management, training and development, setting standards and ensuring the top level of service is provided to each and every guest.
The Restaurant Manager will be in pursuit of excellence, not only for themselves but also for the business.
  
To be a successful candidate you will:

• Possess previous experience in a similar role in a minimum one hat restaurant (Two hat ideally)
• Require a WSET Level 4 qualification and a strong beverage background
• Have the capacity to emulate the highest service standards in Australia 
• Be driven to make a “name” in the market
• Will have clear understanding of P&Ls, cost management, rostering, recruitment and stock control
