We are a 140 seater bar/restaurant in vibrant Cammeray on Sydney's North Shore. We are looking for chefs of all types to join our team and help take us to the next level. Great hours available. Both day and night shifts for the right candidates.
Head Chef applicants will have at least 2 years experience running a kitchen in a busy environment. Team leading, staff training, rostering, meeting targets, health and safety knowledge and food knowledge will all play a part in your appointment. Chef de Partie position will assist in all of these areas and have influence on menu development.
