As the largest US direct marketer of international travel, adventure and discovery for North Americans aged 50-plus, we continue to expand our market in the South Pacific and seek the right candidate to be our representative in Australia as the Finance Product Coordinator.

Job Description

• Produce budget and pricing for all local products.
• Maintain and update product costings and pricing across all company platforms.
• Update monthly forecasts and approve variances in conjunction with the Accounts team to ensure a true reflection of current financial position.
• Support the team to secure inventory and hotel allotments to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
• Coordinating and maintaining internal product intranet and trip itineraries to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain content for respective websites and brochures, ensuring that the content is accurate and delivered within the agreed production timelines.
• Maintaining contract databases and other data systems as required.
• Support other regional office area such as program services, quality and buying.  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Ability to process information accurately and with attention to detail.
• A high degree of organisation and proven time-management skills is a must.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word).
• Great verbal and written communications skills.
• The ability to multi-task and be adaptive to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Dedicated team player.
• Passion and enthusiasm for the Travel Industry.
