RMS is seeking a qualified & an experienced SOUS CHEF to join the kitchen team at the busy Coco & Esca Cafe at waterfront place! Open Monday to Friday, we are looking for a chef who is ready to embark on a new challenge!

With an extensive grab & go cabinet offer, an ala Carte menu and catering menu, Coco & Esca is a fast paced environment that caters to the corporate city goers from 6am to 6pm!

Candidates should have;

• Have their commercial cookery qualification.
• A ready to work attitude 
• A good solid work ethic
• Pride in their personal presentation & their food presentation 
• A passion for learning and growing your skill set
• A desire to join a team where your part of a bigger team in a bigger company.
• All applicants must be approved to work 40+hrs per week in Australia.  We will not employ people travelling on holiday visas.
