Role Overview

• To confidently fulfil all aspects regarding domestic and international corporate travel 
• Provide exceptional customer service in a high paced environment
• To foster and manage relationships with Travel Bookers, Travellers and high level Executives / Board Members
• Capable of working autonomously while being part of a team

Skills & Experience 

• Previous experience with Galileo / Travelport and Tramada mid-office preferred
• Minimum 10 years' industry experience in a similar role
• Exceptional time management and ability to perform to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service
