This is a great opportunity for a versatile supervisor to be part of a dynamic team at a city location within a prestigious corporate environment. Working for a high end corporate client, the ideal candidate will have gained all round experience working both Front of House and in a catering administration role.  You will possess a proven track record developing and co-ordinating numerous events.

You should be driven by a desire to provide high levels of communication, (with the kitchen and the clients) together with outstanding customer service. You will be flexible and possess a positive outlook. Strong attention to detail is vital in this role as to an ability to work to deadlines and meet client expectations. You are highly organised and have the ability to work across numerous client events simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and approving online catering orders
• Room set up and breakdown for multiple rooms
• Meeting and liaising with clients to better understand their events
• Organising teams for function events
• Liaising with the kitchen team
• Maintaining a strong relationship with the clients and customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven track record in a similar hospitality environment
• Experience co-ordinating catering & events
• Experience in menu design and a passion for food
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive and flexible outlook
• Strong Client focus
• Ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
