Our vibrant team at New Nordic in Prospect Kitchen is looking for a Sous Chef and/or a Demi Chef to join us.

 

New Nordic Kitchen is a new upmarket restaurant with a seasonal menu of Northern European fine dining cuisine, focusing on using mostly fresh and local produce.

As the Sous chef you will have experience in running all facets of the kitchen and;

  • Have a strong knowledge in HACCP, CHS, etc
  • Highly motivated to maintain high standards and promote great team work
  • Excellent knowledge and passion for local and fresh seasonal produce and upmarket cuisine
  • Ability to help manage the kitchen team, working alongside our head chef to maintain profitable food and wage costs
  • Full time availability required

 

There is room for growth  for the right person into the role of Head Chef and Kitchen Manager.

We believe you are highly motivated and have extensive kitchen experience and are dedicated to produce some of Adelaide’s best food. This is a full time position with excellent remuneration available.
