JOB DESCRIPTION
You you will be an integral part of the reservations team. Through your superior written and verbal communication skills you will be able to easily build lasting, high quality rapport with agents, customers and all internal stakeholders specifically the adventurous product and all team members as shown by high sales conversion rates and repeat business.

You are responsible for proactively keeping abreast of all products, systems as shown by your consistent adherence to all procedures related to your destination
and the business.

DUTIES
* Ensure you fully participate and utilise all team training updates, meetings and product and information updates from suppliers and the product team to ensure your knowledge and skills are current and you can deliver superior customer service experience and
* Act as an brand ambassador by consistently delivering superior customer dialogue both written and verbal that personifies our brand values
* Ensure all leads, quotes, options and bookings comply with all policy and procedure
* All other duties as reasonably directed by management
* Always deliver swift superior quality customer and agent service and sales experience as indicated by sales conversions and/or repeat business and/ or call quality evaluations

REQUIREMENTS
* Must have at least 2 years in travel reservations experience - or sales equivalent
* Clear and effective communicator both written and verbal
* Exceptional USA & Canada knowledge
* Personal travel experience to USA & Canada
