Degani Cafe Restaurant in Perth CBD is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can lead the front of house team and run day to day operations. 

The right candidate should have at least 3 years experience as a duty manager or floor manager and be available to work weekends; have excellent interpersonal communication skills and manner.

As our Café/Restaurant Manager, you will:

·        Liaise directly with customers, ensuring that special needs and requests are addressed;

·        Consult with kitchen staff to plan seasonal menus, further to customise menus when hosting private functions;

·        Maintain records of stock level and financial transactions;

·        Ensure that safety and health regulations are met;

·        Train and supervise staff

·        Rostering

We are looking for somebody who knows Perth trends, have excellent customer service skills, can delegate other team members, ensure the smoothness of the venue and run effectively all area of the front of house. 

The right candidate must have the right to work in Australia with no restrictions and advantaged if holding an Approved managers card.

Candidates with international experience will be highly regarded.
