Due to new venue openings, promotions and internal moves, we currently have multiple Assistant Manager roles available within our Signature Dining Restaurants.
  
The venues:

• Aria Sydney
• Barangaroo House 
• Chiswick
• Chiswick at the Gallery
• Chophouse
• North Bondi Fish
• Paddo Inn

Each restaurant has their own unique identity, concept and ethos, however across all of our venues we consistently strive every day to deliver a genuine guest experience. Everything we do is for our guests.

What are we looking for?  
We are looking for our next generation of leaders, so you’ll need to be driven and inspired to grow. Ideally you will come from a high-end restaurant background, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be truly customer-focused.
  
If you have a base knowledge of wages, COG’s and other BOH functions – great!
If not – no worries – we can teach you.
