About the business

We are looking for a committed, passionate and vibrant person for the role of Club Supervisor located at Berkeley Sports. Reporting to the Club General Manager, you will play a key role in promoting the Vision, Purpose and Values of the organisation and effectively energising, motivating and leading the frontline team to achieve our club goals.

In turn we are committed to further developing your skills to ensure you continue to grow and stay challenged.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all front of house and operational areas of Club run seamlessly, including provision of gaming technology, gaming services, cashier, reception, food and beverage services, entertainment, promotions, ensuring areas are sufficiently staffed.
• Set the standard for customer service excellence within frontline team.
• Promote the Easts brand, promotional activities and cross promote other services in the club.
• Ensuring compliance with the Club's operating policies, practices and procedures
• Accuracy in cash reconciliation and safe balancing.
• Completing all relevant administration tasks.
• Managing staff in an efficient and effective manner, including rewarding high performers and addressing underperformers in line with club policy.

Skills and Experience:

• We are looking first and foremost for the right fit!
• Thriving on ensuring as a club we deliver excellence in service is a must
• Confident, warm and professional in your approach to the team members you lead and our customers
• In depth knowledge and experience in bar, gaming, tab & keno
• Experience in opening and closing club procedures
• Confidence in conflict resolution and handling RSA/RCG matters
• Strong computer and report writing skills
• The successful candidate will be able to work a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends
