We are currently looking for an experienced cook to join our team. The eligible candidate must have experience in Authentic Indian Cuisine including hands on experience in cooking the "Entrees", "Main Meals" and "Side Dishes" for both Curry & Tandoor Section.
The eligible candidate must possess the following:
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management.
- Hands on Experience will be an advantage.
The eligible candidate will be required to perform the following
duties:
- Cook food as per the menu including Entree, Main Meals and Side Dishes.
- Prepare and Cook curries in Bulk for the restaurant and catering orders.
- Work on the Stove.
- Prepare Marination for Tandoori Menu Dishes.
- Work on the Tandoor.
- Preparing, cutting, washing & portioning the Vegetables and meat items.
- Ability to stock control and waste management.
- Follow instruction from the Chef and work in team with other kitchen staff.
- Follow the HACCP and food hygiene.
The Eligible candidate must be able to work for Full Time as we are committing for long term employment. Must be available 7 days a week for a rotating roaster.
