One of Sydney's most iconic pub groups with a wealth of venues dotted around the city and a long standing reputation for success, is in need of some fresh blood. 

With strong figures across gaming and beverage; the portfolio of venues is diverse and offers the opportunity to progress up the ladder with one of Sydney's leading hospitality groups.

You will be level headed, customer focused and financially savvy and have experience at at least a supervisory level. You will know your way around a bar, love your beer wine and spirits, and love nothing more than interacting with local clientele and driving sales! 

The Role:

• Main support to the licensee on a day to day basis
• ensure smooth running of venue 
• motivate and develop staff
• Drive teams for seamless customer experience
• ensuring operations comply with industry and legal standards

You are: 

• Experienced in a similar role
• A passion for quality service and team environment 
• A people person with the ability to relate to a range of people and circumstances
• Great attitude and desire to go above and beyond for the customer
• Experienced in leading large teams overseeing all areas of a hotel
• Fully versed in RSA, RCG and compliance laws
