One of Australia's most loved Hospitality brands with restaurants all over the country are looking for a friendly new Manager. With an honest product and success behind them, this business is proud of what they serve and as punters we all love them! With cool fit outs, highly trained staff and some delicious burgers this is an exciting brand with a lot happening for them.
  
In an iconic location, surrounded by some of the cities coolest and happening venues, these all pump. With teams of 20-30 staff there will be some serious foot traffic that requires a manager with high volume experience and a solid understanding of what busy actually means.

What you need: 

• Experience in a fast paced environment
• Come from a high volume background
• Experience in operations and full financial management
• Experience managing a strong teams
• Great communication skills
• Ability to maintain high standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service

What you will have:

Working here is all about having an engaging personality, a love of people and a desire to succeed as a hospitality professional. Knowledge of rostering and managing labor is essential, as well as ordering and stock control. Experience with training and team development from scratch, implementing systems and process' is also essential.
