About the Role:
We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and you will be expected to provide the same, encouraging return patronage.
Your superior product knowledge and sales skills will contribute to increased sales.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and being part of all outlets of the hotel you will be
focusing on the daily operation for conferences, weddings, restaurant, bistro, cocktail lounge and gaming.
Training and career development opportunities are on offer.
Flexibility is required to work on a seven day roster, covering morning and evening shifts.
About You:
We are looking for a new team member who has experience as a Food and Beverage and Gaming Supervisor. An understanding of food and beverage products is required to succeed in this position.
A RSG and RSA is a must; a Victorian gaming license is desirable. Willingness to obtain or up-date these certifications is a prerequisite.
Knowledge of H+L POS or System 1 would be an advantage.
