JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assisting clients with their travel arrangements (primarily international)
• Customer service levels key with a predominantly high end clientele
• Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
• Become an integral part of the team, contributing to the profitability of the store


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Proven track record in sales
• A positive attitude and a strong team player
• Customer service levels are key with a predominantly high end clientele
• Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus etc)
• Strong airfare/product knowledge (particularly Europe and North America)
