We are currently looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manger to join our Dining Room Team
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for the restaurants daily service operation.
This hands-on role will require the candidate to consistently drive the customer experience.
Applicants must posses the following:
Must have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in either a supervisory or assistant manager level.
- Ability to manage a team of 12+ staff.
- A team focused attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire the team to achieve the restaurants goals and targets.
- The ability to priorities service operations and group booking/function responsibilities.
- Exceptional self organisation skills to allow for timely completion of service and function demands
