We are looking for an up and coming chef who exudes energy and passion for fine dining and innovative cuisine, to join one of the most dynamic and exciting Event Catering kitchens in Sydney. Working with an amazing mentor of a Head Chef, who has deep Michelin Star and 3 Hat fine dining experience, this opportunity is one not to be missed.

The role predominently works around a roster based on Monday to Friday 6am-4pm shifts, with the occassional evening.
