ABOUT THE ROLE
In your role as Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing our high standards in service and beverage quality. You will be reporting directly to the Venue Manager and Group Operations Manager.
DUTIES
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Control stock ordering in the bar
- Create cocktails from our signature beverage menu
- Assist our kitchen team in delivering high quality food, beverage and service
- Work with our Venue Manager to reconcile accounts
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Trustworthy and respectful
- Self motivated and accountable
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- A current Victorian RSA certificate
- Must be able to work in Australia in a full-time capacity
- 2 years experience in a similar role (preferable)
