About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Supervisor (Parental Leave cover for 11 months) to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventure. Your role is to ensure the accurate and timely completion of a range of reporting administrative tasks.
This includes tasks such as:
· Cash reconciliation, including investigation of variances
· Prepare and distribute daily, weekly & monthly reports to key stakeholders
· Assist with trade accounts where required
· Manage all aspects of supplier invoices
· Maintain social media accounts including updates
· Track and maintain current ticket promotions and discounts
· Responsibility for debtor accounts and credit control
· Stock ordering and maintenance, including stocktake
· Ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures
· Shift cover for Admissions team when required
· General administration – mail distribution, minute taking etc.
This is a full-time fixed term (11 months parental leave cover) opportunity based at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventure.
About You
You will have a background in office administration, with an understanding of business financials. Among your strengths will by your strong computer skills, high attention to detail and your ability to communicate to a broad audience.
As there is a focus on business financials, your accuracy, ability to prioritise, meet deadlines is critical to your success in this role.
