OVERNIGHT MANAGER POSITION

About the role

• We are actively looking to employ a Full-Time  experienced Shift Supervisor/Department Manager for our Brisbane Southside Restaurant
• The role requires highly motivated individuals who are operationally & people focused to work within a team environment 

Job tasks and responsibilities

The successful candidates would be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Management of crew on shift & their ongoing development
• Delivery of Outstanding Customer Service  
• Shift Stock Controls
• Food Safety & OHS requirements
• Cash Handling Procedures & additional administrative Procedures 

Skills and experience

Please note that previous McDonald's Management experience is a pre-requisite when applying for this role:  The successful candidate would also:

• Be McDonald's SMX verified minimum
• Be able to demonstrate the right to work documents
• Be enthusiastic to join an existing Management Team 
• Be customer focused
• Be able to demonstrate ability to achieve results in the areas of QSC
• Be motivated to develop further

This position is specifically overnight shift work which may include weekends and public holidays. Must be flexible to work at any of our Southside locations.
