We are looking for energetic managers at all levels to help us bring this new opening to life, Venue Manager to lead the team, Assistant Restaurant, Assistant Bar manager to be a part of creating and providing the very best in service and supervisors ready to  look in to stepping in to the world of management. 

We are also looking for passionate chefs that are motivated to work with our Executive Chef and Michelin awarded Chef, Manjunath Mural.

 

Heritij is a premium venue in the Brisbane’s newest dining precinct, Brisbane Quarter on George St. Inspired by Indian and West Asian Cuisines; roots, ancestry and culture at the centre. We will be bringing the next level of shared dining, and looking for leaders with high standards and high energy to help us do so. 
 

Open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, the 180 seated capacity in the restaurant and 200 in the Bar will see this venue make its mark with views across Southbank to the Brisbane eye from the restaurant, bar and terrace area. 

 

The bar will focus on elevated classics, inspiring wine list and good old fashioned service. Shared dining for all sizes of parties, in a  high energy luxury environment, we will be creating a ‘must visit’ dining experience for Brisbane locals, professionals and visitors alike. 

 

The successful applicants will 

•             Have proven leadership experience in premium venues

•             Be proficient in managing and following KPIs including cost of goods & labour costs, quality control and consistency. 

•             Have exemplary attention to detail and outstanding personal presentation and the ability to teach others the same

•             Be level headed, confident in leading a team and self-motivated 

•             Be able to communicate effectively with the Back and Front of House team regarding menu training, daily service, functions and events

 

Above all, the successful candidate will have a passion for fine food and first class service. Our recruitment policy is to recruit a team that works well together. No "rockstars" please.
