About the business
Facilimate Hotels is an owner operator of Accommodation Hotels around Australia with a focus on the continued growth of the Pacific Hotel Brand. Our latest acquisition is a 4.5 star Hotel, located in the Brisbane CBD that will be re-branded The Pacific Hotel Brisbane upon settlement.
About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Sales role includes but is not limited to:
- creating, developing & managing relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate, Government and Domestic Travel Wholesalers.
- negotiating room rates/packages with key stakeholders including commercial partners.
- create strong market position within a competitive space and drive the revenue growth strategy.
- creating & implementing a proactive Sales Plan
- exceeding budgeted targets and creating a competitive advantage.
- active participation in budgeting, forecasting, sales presentation and reporting.
Skills and experience
The minimum requirements are:
- a proven track record exceeding sales targets
- strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators & competitive trends and develop an innovative approach to doing business.
- minimum 2 years experience in a similar role essential.
- established Brisbane network highly regarded.
- proficient in MS Office
- Hotel Opera PMS advantageous
