Crinitis restaurant Darling Harbour is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join their team.
You should possess a thorough knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and liquor as you will be responsible for mixing drinks, preparing classic cocktails, making coffee and serving drinks to patrons.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Excellent customer service skills and a can do attitude
· High level of organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
· Exceptional grooming and presentation
· Minimum 1 years + experience in a similar role
· Sound cash handling skills
· Understanding of Classic cocktails and product knowledge
· Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
· Coffee making skills (will be highly regarded but not essential, training will be provided to the right candidate)
· Hold a current RSA certificate and competency card
· Have your own transport (There will be late nights at times, plenty of public transport options available too)
