Sage Hotel Ringwood, Melbourne has 120 rooms, Partake Restaurant, High & Dry Bar, Co-working space, in-room dining, a boardroom for up to 14 PAX and a conference/events space up to 200PAX.

We are looking for those exceptional Food and Beverage Supervisors, that just get excited about the buzz on the restaurant floor, the thrill of running events and the elation from a busy bar service.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Supervises the Food and Beverage offerings and outlets of the hotel, Partake Restaurant, High & Dry Bar, 2 meeting rooms, The Co-working spaces and Room Service.

• Working with the Executive Chef to create activities and special events to showcase the outlets, to increase revenues, demonstrate the teams talent and build street credibility.

• Be well versed in the Yarra Valley wineries and contribute to promotions that highlight the best of Australia most prestigious wine region, local breweries and distillers, showcasing the best of Yarra Valley, Heathcoate and surrounding areas.

• Work with the Food & Beverage Teams and Events Coordinators to ensure smooth running of the events and functions within the hotel.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

This role will be suitable for an experienced F&B professional that has the passion, drive and commitment to hospitality and guest experience. A passion & proven experience in  leading, training and mentoring a team.

Experience in Events Operations and managing the team through busy service periods and large events.
