Cook - Adelaide Airport
About the Role
Based at Adelaide International Airport, you will be accountable for providing quality cook to order food from an a la carte menu / kitchen. You will support the food and beverage team providing high quality dishes and maintain the hygiene of the kitchen.
Availability
We require availability across 7 days a week. Must be available for approx. 21-38 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Be able to demonstrate solid skills in food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining WHS and HACCP policies and procedures
- Food Safety including temperature and quality checks, managing cross contamination etc
- Preparation of ingredients, garnishes and other associated meal items
Criteria / Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (Desirable but not essential)
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate (Required)
